This is the note I created when meeting with my manager:

Discussion with Sriram

Goal: Proficient to lead a team/organization upon returning to Indonesia

What I'm interested to improve in:
- Leadership
- Team Dynamics
- Process familiarity
- Ability to prepare and communicate issues and deliverables
- Ability to interact with all levels within the company

Job function:

* Performs process evaluations and develops recommendations by use of benchmarks, pilots, prototyping, and modeling to assess potential use of new methods and workflows within a business and/or system process. Evaluates business and systems processes for design effectiveness and resource utilization to ensure process performance meets targeted service levels.
* Analyzes and aligns customer requirements with the organization's infrastructure components including process design, product delivery, information technology systems, organizational functions, and overall business structure
* Works with customers and project teams to develop business cases and comprehensive project plans to identify, quantify, and deliver process design efforts in support of business objectives.
* Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers to support customer or systems plans. Participates in service evaluations regarding outside consulting service vendor
* Contribute to the overall strategic vision and provide a broad range of ideas regarding process design, implementation, support, and operation initiatives
